Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. Computer Software Product End Items shall include appropriate documentation, source/object and executable code as well as operation guidance and algorithms developed under the contract to include line description and documentation for source code. Contractor format preferred. Documentation must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version. The contractor shall submit the deliverable to the Government Program Manager on a CD-R. Submission via unencrypted or unsecure email is not permitted.

Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. This CDRL applies to the Developmental Design Drawings/Models and Associated Lists associated with each unique hardware item developed or modified under this contract. The contractor shall deliver one (1) set of design drawings and associated lists. In addition, the contractor shall supply an electronic version of the drawing package in a format compatible with Solidworks (most recent version). Submissions shall be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version. Electronic versions must be submitted in a manner consistent with protecting export control and limited information. Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. The contractor shall provide project status updates for incorporation into Program Management Reviews/Technical Interchange Meetings (PMRs/TIMs). Updates shall include the manpower, skills and resources required to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, accomplish, and document technical efforts and track funding requirements, use an effective cost, schedule, and technical performance control systems, and implement an efficient organizational structure flexible to the changing requirement and workloads. The contractor shall provide the status of deliverables against schedule, track expenditures against both the budget and approved activities, and report technical progress on ongoing activities. The presentation shall include notes to explain each page/slide. The format shall be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint unless otherwise determined by the Government. Submissions shall be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version. Electronic versions must be submitted in a manner consistent with protecting export control and limited information. - For technical presentation, the submission is due the day of the presentation. If the Government requires revisions or corrections to the presentation, the contractor shall submit the revised version within 5 business days after the date of the presentation.
- For programmatic inputs to PMR’s/TMR’s, the presentation shall be submitted as required based on the scheduling of reviews and meetings. Where feasible, the Government will provide 30 calendar days’ notice with presentations due 10 business days later. If revisions or corrections are required, the contractor shall submit a revised copy within 5 business days of receipt of Government comments.

Blk 4: GUIDANCE FOR PREPARATION OF THE REPORT: The Scientific and Technical Report shall be prepared I.A.W. the most current AFRL ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18-2005, or other most current report preparation guidance. The contractor shall complete the most current SF 298 Report Documentation Page, and submit it with the report.
The contractor shall complete the following blocks of the SF 298: Blocks 2-5a, 6, 7, 8 and 13 (if applicable), and 14-16c. Incomplete reports will be immediately returned to the contractor. Following AFRL technical and STINFO reviews, any revisions required will be returned to the contractor. NOTE: The report preparation guidance and SF 298 are available at: http://www.afrlnewmexico.com/stinfo-1.
The contractor shall deliver two editable electronic copies of the report. The electronic copies shall be an editable .pdf file and the most current version of Microsoft Word. A CD- ROM (CD-R) is the acceptable media for submittal (CD-RWs are not acceptable). Electronic media shall be marked I.A.W. the AFRL ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18-2005 guidelines, or other most current report preparation guidance.
