Although a firms plans to have a local presence after award of the contract the government will not give credit based on intent alone. ANSWER #4: While HQ AFMC has no command specific requirements, the A-E shall incorporate sustainable design principals to the greatest possible extent given the nature and scope of the project design as described in the individual design task order statements. Some designs will be required to meet certain LEED certification levels, as specified in the individual design task order SOW; at a minimum, all designs shall address the applicable portions of the following general goals:

Reducing the environmental impact and total cost of ownership of Air Force facilities and infrastructure.

QUESTION 5: Does the 45 pages include the Part 2s from our company and our specialty subcontractors or is the 45 pages just for Part 1?

ANSWER 5: The 45 page limit includes the entire package. Per requirement stated in the presolicitation those interested in this requirement are obligated to complete the SF 330 Part I and Part II.

QUESTION 6: Do you require the section dividers in Part 1 A-H? By eliminating them, we will save five pages.

ANSWER 6: Per the presolicitation notice the government will count any blank section dividers, but the government does not require the use of any dividers in the package.

QUESTION 7: Given the page count do you want to see just one resume per discipline?

ANSWER 7: An A-E firm can provide as many resumes as they choose, as long as they do not exceed the 45 page limit for the entire package as stated in the presolicitation.

QUESTION 8: We are planning to augment our team with specialty small business subcontractors (Cost estimating, land and construction survey, geotechnical).

Given the page limitation, would you prefer to see that information after award?

RESPONSE 8: ALL team members must be listed in the SF 330 package so they can be audited – even if they are just using one or two people as “specialty” resources.

front cover) and in addition any writing on the back cover will also be counted towards the contractors 45 page limit.

QUESTION 10: The solicitation indicates that both hardcopy and electronic mail (Email) submittals are approved. Should we submit our SF 330 via both hardcopy and e-mail or do you only want one or the other?

ANSWER 10: The contractor is not required to submit using both hardcopy and email, the contractor can choose which format they would like to use for submitting the package.
