RFIs Received 6/17/2021:

1. According to the SOW, I understand demolition and disposal of the existing tower is to be Completed by contractor. However, does this include the electrical power devices enclosed in fencing? If so, does that include any underground powerlines to it?

Answer: Demolition is for tower, generator and transformer, etc. However, power lines connected to the old beacon tower are to be disconnected and terminated ONLY after the construction and full operational status of the new Air Traffic Control Tower (July 2022). See SOW Sections 4.2.10 and 4.2.11 for additional information.

2. Also, where does the existing generator scope of work fall? Is the contractor also to remove and dispose of existing generator or will this be taken care of prior to work?

Answer: See Above.
