Dear Vendor, This request for proposal is for target fabrication in accordance with the referenced contract.

Please see the following table for delivery order 01 and provide a proposal for all targets and density tests identified below.

For all targets, four (4) core density test events are to be completed at the following days:

• 7 days, 28 days, 56 days, the DOT (Day Of Test)

Targets utilizes Lifting Lugs, No. 20074226 -10

No. of target lugs required is 4 lugs: Required Lifting lugs provided by the Government.
