RFP READING LIBRARY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Visits are by appointment only. Potential offerors requesting an appointment will receive one opportunity to visit the RFP Reading Library. The date and an 8-hour window will be provided to each interested offeror.
2. Visits are limited to five companies at a time. Up to 3 individuals per company may enter the Reading Library.
3. All visitors are required to sign in/out on each visit.
4. Contractors visiting the RFP Library must restrict their activity to that purpose during their appointment. No other meetings with Government personnel are permitted and phone calls cannot be received while visiting the library. Personal cell phones, laptops and other electronic media are not permitted in the room. Offerors may take notes. Note paper will be provided by the government. Notes taken may be removed from the room with the offeror.
5. The only documents contained in the Reading Library are those documents offerors are unable to obtain via website links provided in the PWS. Each vendor visiting the reading room will be provided access to the documents via printed hard copy. Upon release of the RFP 2 documents were added to the Reading Room, they are as follows:
a. USCYBERCOM Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Joint Cyberspace Training and Certification Standards (JCT&CS): The JCT&CS formalizes joint processes and guidance for USCYBERCOM and its components throughout the four phases of the Joint Training system: requirements, planning, execution, and assessment. As it is executed, the JCT&CS will provide individual, staff, and collective training standards consistent with the Joint Mission Essential Tasks, and proficiency ratings for the Cyber Work Roles and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs).
b. CYBERSPACE VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT/HUNTER (CVA/H) INITIAL QUALIFICATION TRAINING (IQT) Syllabus: Describes the training requirements for Initial Qualification Training on the CVA/H Weapon System, which is currently used by AF CPT units.
6. Documents may not be marked under any circumstances.
7. Copies cannot be made.
8. Questions concerning the program should be directed to Mr. Anthony Owens, anthony.owens.7@us.af.mil or at (405) 734-9637.
