ATCH 1
AFINC RELEVANCY ASSESSMENT
Router Operations
Relevant
To be considered relevant, the offeror must provide experience in all of the following criteria below.
Somewhat Relevant
To be considered somewhat relevant, the offeror must provide experience in criteria
A and at least two of the below (B through
F) criteria.
Not Relevant If offeror does not provide at least criteria A and two of the criteria below (B through F), the
Past Performance (PP) effort will be considered not relevant.
Router Operations considerations:
A. Experience in configuring, maintaining, operating, and defending service delivery point routers in unclassified and classified environments.
B. Experience designing, configuring and maintaining common user VPNs for an enterprise network consisting of more than 300 nodes.
C. Experience installing and configuring network infrastructure equipment for an enterprise network consisting of more than 300 nodes.
D. Experience installing and maintaining Cat 5, Cat 6, and Fiber cable systems.
E. Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
F. Experience with Riverbed and various WAN Acceleration appliances.
Network Security and DNS Operations
Relevant
To be considered relevant, the offeror must provide experience in all of the following criteria below.
Somewhat Relevant
To be considered somewhat relevant, the offeror must provide experience in criteria
A, C, and D.
Not Relevant If offeror does not provide at least criteria A, C and D the PP effort will be considered not relevant.
Network Security and DNS Operations considerations:
A. Experience configuring, maintaining, operating, and defending boundary protection devices (i.e. firewalls, mail relays, and web proxies).
B. Experience with Cisco, Blue Coat, Palo Alto, and Sourcefire devices.
C. Experience managing and configuring load balancers.
D. Experience managing and maintaining DNS for top level domains and delegates.
E. Experience using Infoblox products.
F. Experience using Bind Berkely Internet Name Daemon application.
G. Experience using McAfee Email Gateway application.
Analysis: Network Traffic and Bandwidth, Data, and Root Cause
Relevant
To be considered relevant, the offeror must provide experience in all of the following.
Somewhat Relevant
To be considered somewhat relevant, the offeror must provide experience in at least three of the below (A through E) criteria.
Not Relevant If offeror does not provide at least three of the criteria below
(A through E), the PP effort will be considered not relevant.
ATCH 1
Analysis considerations:
A. Experience managing communications circuits and troubleshooting network bandwidth problems.
B. Experience identifying, tracking, and reporting network bandwidth traffic utilization.
C. Experience performing trends analysis on bandwidth circuits to improve network performance.
D. Experience conducting deep packet analysis on circuits.
E. Experience with and conducting analysis on VoIP and VoSIP technology.
System Administration
Relevant
To be considered relevant, the offeror must provide experience in all of the following.
Somewhat Relevant
To be considered somewhat relevant, the offeror must provide experience in at least five criteria items A through G.
Not Relevant If offeror does not provide at least five criteria of A through
G, the PP effort will be considered not relevant.
System Administration consideration:
A. Experience operating, maintaining, and administering classified and unclassified Windows and UNIX environments for an enterprise network.
B. Experience managing and operating classified and unclassified Active Directory environments for an enterprise network.
C. Experience with VMWare products to operate, manage, and administer virtual environments for an enterprise environment.
D. Experience maintaining and administering classified and unclassified SAN operating environment for an enterprise network.
E. Experience maintaining and administering classified and unclassified Backup operating environments and ensuring restore capabilities are available 24/7/365 for an enterprise network.
F. Experience using various network and performance monitoring software to identify issues and resolve problems for an enterprise network.
G. Experience with preparing and completing certification and accreditation of enterprise networks and circuits for unclassified and classified networks.
