About this file

This document is a Response Matrix of Industry Questions and Answers for the Command and Control Simulation Environment for Training (C2SET) program. The C2SET program is being conducted by the United States Air Force, AFLCMC/C3CO (Kessel Run) to sustain, build, integrate, and modernize their Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) capabilities.

The key details include:

  • The government is conducting market research and will be holding a virtual and in-person C2SET Industry Day event on September 4-5, 2024 in Bedford, MA. The event will include a program overview, Q&A, and 30-minute one-on-one sessions.
  • The government is interested in industry feedback on topics such as cloud-hosted exercise support, migration from AWSIM to AFSIM, experience with data fabrics like MSSV, and potential challenges with the established technology stack.
  • Responses to the RFI are due by August 23, 2024, and should be limited to 5 pages. The government may request follow-on one-on-one discussions after reviewing the RFI responses.
  • The NAICS code is 541512 and the government will not reimburse industry for any costs associated with responding to this RFI.
