1a - Is it correct that the Steelray default value of 44 days for High Float, as identified in the IMS 14 Point Assessment Criteria, will be used to evaluate this particular criteria?
Answer: Yes
1b - If justifications for alternate time spans for High Float (beyond 44 days) can be provided, on an as applicable basis, can the 'justified' tasks be excluded from the 'standard' Steelray/IMS assessment criteria?
Answer: No. The Government will utilize the criteria as stated and not entertain justifications or exclusions from the stated evaluation criteria for High Float which is stated at "less than 5%."
2 - How will IMS tasks such as Government tasks (report approvals, flight clearance/certifications, etc.) be evaluated against "No Assigned Resources"? Should a resource such as "Government Team" be applied as justification for 0 resources?
Answer: The Government concurs with utilizing "Government Team" for resources where Government tasks are identified.
