EWAAC Portal On-Ramp Instructions The new EWAAC vendor portal is the home for solicitations to automate and secure the process for capturing solicitations, attachments, and responses from industry.
These procedures allow vendors to submit the on-ramp applications directly on the portal for an efficient, secure, and simple application process. (Portal is certified to IL5 and can accept CUI data).
Step 1. Registration To register your company on the new EWAAC portal, visit https://www.ewaacportal.com and click “Create Account” in the top right navigation menu.
Step 2. Fill out all required fields.

Step 3. Confirm email address via email verification.
Once confirmed you may begin onboarding your company. Please check your junk/spam mail, if you don’t see an email from AcqBot.
Step 4. Two Factor Authentication.
Follow instructions/links on left side of screen and download either the Google or Microsoft Authenticator to authenticate your account. You’ll need to install the authenticator app on your mobile phone.
Click on ‘Show QR Code’ to start the process.
Step 5. Authenticate.
Open your authentication app (Microsoft is on left below and Google is on the right below).
On Microsoft, choose ‘Scan QR Code’ and on Google, choose ‘Add a code’ if it’s your first use or choose the ‘+’ at the bottom right and select ‘Scan a QR code’ in the pop-up window. You’ll use your camera to scan the code. It refreshes every 30 seconds, so you’ll need to enter it right away or you’ll have to enter the next set of numbers that appear.
Step 6. Add your company info.
Simply click on ‘Create New Organization’ and that will take you to the next screen to enter your info.
Step 7. Create Organization.
Simply type your organization name in and then select ‘Create Organization’ and the will take you to the On-Ramp.
Step 8. Review your details and Get Started with On-Ramp.
Simply click on ‘Get Started’ and that will bring you to the start of the On-Ramp.
Step 9. Begin On-Ramp.
Follow instructions on the left of screen and enter required details on the right. The Sections L and M are available on the left for download or will open in a new tab.
We’ve also created hyperlinks at many places throughout the On-Ramp Process to assist in finding the references. These links are provided as a guide and not mandatory to use.
As a reminder, once you’ve submitted your package, you will still be able to edit it until the RFP closes.
