The purpose of this document is to organize industry questions and Government answers, this document is subject to revisions as new questions are received. This document has been revised with current revisions captured in BOLD.

QUESTION Received 6 August 2024: The PWS requirement is for three (3) contracted training staff. Experience has shown that a MAAS training sessions of this scope can be quite successfully completed with two (2) trainers. Assuming the equipment and personnel are available and prepared, possibly even one (1) trainer is sufficient. This reduced manpower would of course be attractive to the end user from a cost containment perspective. Is it acceptable to propose a two-man team for both training sessions?

ANSWER Posted 6 August 2024: No, the scope of this requirement will not be changed.
