About this file
This draft request for proposal concerns a multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for intelligence analysis services. The National Air and Space Intelligence Center is seeking proposals from small businesses to provide geospatial intelligence, measurement and signature intelligence, signals intelligence, human intelligence, open source intelligence, and technical intelligence analysis. The total contract value is $4.7 billion over ten years. The contract and individual task orders will be set aside exclusively for small businesses. However, contractors that grow too large during contract performance may still be eligible to compete for task orders on a non-set-aside basis. Proposals are due in summer 2021. Offerors with facility clearances are encouraged to utilize secure office space at NASIC to prepare their proposals by April 23rd.
