FA860419R8119 – Question set #1

1, In the cover it is not specified what to use for the dunnage on top of the pallet rack. It just says dunnage shall be used. What size and what material is acceptable?

Size of dunnage is 4” by 4” by 96”. Wood is acceptable, but hard plastic is preferred. Reference following web site, http://www.blackrhinoproducts.com/our-products/solid-dunnage/

For the gravity roller conveyor 2, 11 sets of 2 removable stops were asked for. This means you want 22 removable stops total correct?

Yes

3, It says 3 spacer stops after that, just 3 total correct? Not 3 sets of 3?

Correct, 3 total spacer stops.

4, Is an impact bumper similar to a fork tine deflector but just goes across the whole width of the conveyor lane?

Yes, but it is anchored separately. It is not attached to the conveyor and its height is 4 feet off the ground.
