The acquisition is a 100% small-business set-aside for WXO Mid Back Task chairs, model number WXO5800BLK0301 or equivalent approved models. Offerors may propose technically equivalent chairs provided quotations include specification sheets demonstrating compliance with all Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. The solicitation deadline is September 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT, with delivery required within 90 days after contract award in accordance with the SOW (not by the initially stated December 29, 2026 date). Technical evaluations of quotes will not commence until after the response due date closes. CMMC Level 1 certification is mandatory before contract award, though not required at time of quotation submission. Offerors must submit a completed Required Information Sheet with their quotations. The contracting activity is the Operational Contracting Division, Directorate of Contracting at AFLCMC/PZIBB, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
