About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) response from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center regarding Special Notice FA860126Q0111 for the F30001 Workstation Expansion MAX Out 2026TP096 procurement. The Contracting Officer, Candice Snow (AFLCMC/PZIBA), provides clarifications on two specification inquiries submitted by potential vendors.
The first inquiry (PO1) addresses desk dimensions and material finish specifications. The Contracting Officer confirms that the overall desk dimensions are 72 inches wide with a 96-inch return along the wall, and clarifies that all desk and storage components must be finished in laminate rather than veneer, contradicting conflicting language in the specifications. The second inquiry (WS1) concerns workstation panel heights and glass stack dimensions. The Contracting Officer resolves confusion by specifying that the spine panel (P1) should be a monolithic 74-inch high acoustic panel, while panel wraps should measure 66 inches high with an 8-inch glass stack on top. The minimum height for height-adjustable components is constrained at 22 inches to clear lower storage. The response was digitally signed on August 13, 2026.
