About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in response to contractor inquiries regarding solicitation FA8601-26-Q-0032 (Part 3), dated April 13, 2026.
The document addresses seven clarification questions from contractors regarding workstation furniture specifications and electrical infrastructure requirements. Key clarifications include: (1) panel and worksurface dimensions are both 30 inches deep per the Statement of Work and drawing ID-1; (2) the power pole will be integrated on top of the panel rather than within the open shelves; (3) the facility ceiling height is 8 feet tall; (4) the furniture contractor is responsible for providing the power pole; (5) an existing junction box is available for electrical connection approximately 27 feet away in the opposite direction from the new workstation; (6) dedicated circuit requirements are specified in SOW sections 2.210, 2.211, and 2.212; and (7) the facility is not unionized. The document is signed by Linh Jameson, Contracting Officer at AFLCMC/PZIBA.

QUESTIONS
Question 1:
Based on the attachment 1, WS-1 30"x84", the worksurface required is 30"x84" and that the panels on the image sample, the depth of the worksurface is shorter than the panel. Also, the width of the open shelves is 30" which the image shows full on the panels. I want to understand which option it should go:
a. If worksurface's depth is shorter than the panel, then the setup should be 30"d panels, worksurface should be 24"d.
b. Disregard the image and make the panel and worksurface both have 30"d
ANSWER:
The panel and worksurface both are 30"D per the SOW and drawing ID-1.
Question 2:
The open shelves, 1 side cannot have same width as the panel as the pole will not fit. One side should have around 24"w or less to accommodate the pole. Please verify if this is acceptable.
The SOW does not specify this.
ANSWER:
The power pole will be integrated on top of the panel as shown in the image below.
