The scope requires the contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and certified electrician services for installing Systems Furniture, Tables, and Seating products. Specific furniture items include one WS-1" 30" x 84" Workstation with 53" H Panels (QTY: 1), eighteen T-1: 24" x 54" Mobile Flip-Top Tables (QTY: 18), and thirty-two CH-1 Conference Chairs (QTY: 32). The contractor must deliver comprehensive design services including space planning, site verification, material selection, and programming, with an initial design plus up to three additional revisions prior to final approval. Design deliverables must include 2D floor plans, 3D images, basic component floor plan sheets, panel and hardware layout sheets, and furniture power distribution sheets. The contractor shall provide 30 days of offsite storage, manage all delivery coordination to the basement-level installation location with dock access, and complete installation within 120 days of contract award. Installation must include uncrating, assembly, inspection, cleaning, removal of packing materials, and removal of excess product to a GPM-approved warehouse. The contractor must provide an authorized onsite representative during delivery and installation, coordinate with the Interior Design Specialist, and ensure all electrical work complies with UFC 3-520-01 standards with dual channel power poles for workstations and minimum two duplex outlets per workstation circuit. Post-installation services include a joint walkthrough, punch list documentation, and final acceptance validation. The government will provide controlled working space, utilities, current CAD drawings, and support from base personnel. Standard site conditions include free and clear hard surface access, suitable parking and off-loading areas within 100 feet of the building entrance, adequate staging area, electric power, working lights, and completed building conditions prior to installation.
