About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a federal furniture procurement solicitation for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Building 30207 Area A. The solicitation (FA8601-25-Q-0064) seeks furniture for a government facility, with vendors required to submit detailed technical and price proposals electronically by Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 11:00 AM EDT to Candice Snow and Brian Algeo at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
The Q&A document provides clarifications on specific furniture requirements, including acceptable configurations for workstations, panel specifications, storage units, and power/electrical configurations. Key details include acceptance of notched worksurfaces, confirmation of mobile file cabinet specifications, preferences for overhead storage (two 36" units preferred over one 72" unit), panel mounting options, and power panel requirements. The procurement aims to award a firm-fixed-price contract with a 120-day performance period, evaluating proposals based on technical capability and lowest total evaluated price, with the government reserving the right to award without discussions.
