Questions and Answers # 2
1. Is there a full analytical report for the retention pond available? The one that was recently uploaded is not a full report.
PFAS was the only test criteria for that sample, and the report contains all sample results. Any missing pages from the analytical report contain privileged WPAFB billing information etc.
2. Can you please provide a more detailed explanation of the requirements for sludge removal for liner cleaning? I’m looking to understand if this can be accomplished via suction hose alone or if we’re going to need to plan to enter the pond with personnel and manually remove sludge. Can you please provide an assumed quantity of water/sludge for the sludge removal events?
It is anticipated that the Contractor will characterize and dispose of up to four 55 gal drums of sludge during Pond Liner cleaning events. A combination of suction hose and manual removal may be necessary.
