MEMORANDUM FOR 88 SFS GATES AND PATROLS

SUBJECT: Entry Authority List for: (Event Name)

1. The following persons require access to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base/National Museum of the United States Air Force for a Site Visit:

2. The personnel listed below are authorized unescorted access to the installation by comparing their state issued or government-issued identification against this EAL, according to 88ABW Operating Instructions. These members are not authorized to sponsor people on the base. Any person not listed on this entry authority list or without proper identification will not be allowed access to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Instructions:

· EALS must be submitted to 88SFS.S5P.Pass-Registration@us.af.mil. Pass and Registration is not responsible for approval delays or denials of EALs submitted to any alternative email address.

· If your visit consists of more than 10 guests, you must submit an Entry Authority List (EAL).

· Your EAL must be submitted using the Pass and Registration EAL template, included on the right side of this page. Any list submitted not utilizing this template will be rejected.

· EAL requests must be made a minimum of 3 duty days prior to the event and emailed to Pass and Registration’s EAL monitors.Any requests emailed Pass and Registration fewer than 3 duty days prior will be rejected.

· Do not add minors to the list. Children under eighteen do not require a visitor pass.

· Prior to submitting your request, ensure ALL Information is correct, or we cannot complete the authorization. All names and state/federal ID information on the EAL must exactly match the guest's credential (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc).

· On the day of your event, the EAL will be published to all of the gates your guests will need to access.

· An EAL for fewer than 11 guests may be completed for special events such as graduation, promotion, and retirement ceremonies on a case by case basis.
