Wright-Patterson Air Force Base

Good Afternoon All, I’m Mandy Nabors, the Contract Specialist, for this project. This job is for Sol # FA8601-13-R-0062, Project 100033, Replace AHUs facility F20643.

Set-Aside: HUBZone Set-Aside

Proposal Date Due: 25 July 2013 / 10:00 AM

Introductions:

Design Supervisor – Stephen Grimes Project Manager – Scot Burnett Program Manager – Scot Burnett Contracting Officer – James Bane Contract Specialist – Mandy Nabors

Here are a few rules to follow:

1. Government representatives shall not approve or comment on prospective contractors’ methods or procedures.

2. Government representatives shall not offer any advice or recommendations to prospective contractors.

3. Remarks and explanations at the conference shall not qualify the terms of the solicitation. Terms of the Solicitation and Statement of Work remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.

4. All questions shall be in writing and turned into the Contracting Specialist or

Contracting Officer no later than 18 July 2013, 1:00 pm EST. Questions and answers shall be posted on the FedBizOpps web site for all prospective contractors to view.

5. Please stay with the group at all times.

6. A listing of all participants will be posted on the FBO web site.
