About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying pricing and unit of measure requirements for federal contract solicitation FA857126QR035.
The document addresses a vendor's inquiry regarding the appropriate unit of measurement and pricing structure for the Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Kit being procured by the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The government clarified that the requirement is for 1 EACH of the ECS kit as a complete unit, with pricing to be submitted as the total cost of the entire kit including all component items listed in the attached Product Description. The vendor must provide a single consolidated price that encompasses every part, material, tool, and equipment specified in the kit breakdown, rather than pricing individual components or packaged quantities separately.

A.The requirement is for 1 EACH of the ECS kit. The breakdown of what is included in that kit is attached in the product description. For pricing we need the total cost of the entire kit (1 EACH), that includes every item (with unit of measure included) listed in the PD.
