About this file
This is a self-scoring matrix template designed for offerors responding to the NGAME (Next Generation Ammunition & Munitions Equipment) RFP/Solicitation FA853226RB002. The matrix requires offerors to complete business name and size information, then self-score their qualifications across two work sample categories and two focus area categories, with a maximum total score of 4 points.
The evaluation criteria assess two primary focus areas: (1) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience in designing, manufacturing, and delivering Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and comparable industrial equipment applicable to flightline or back shop operations, including design, development, prototypes, and related projects; and (2) capability to deliver technical data, engineering documentation, and supporting materials including Technical Orders (T.O.s), provisioning documentation, training materials, and engineering analysis such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Offerors must demonstrate experience in at least one element within a focus area category to earn a point on the matrix. Each focus area category scores 1 point if substantiated by work samples, or 0 points if not substantiated. This template is part of the Air Force's Multiple Award IDIQ contract effort at Robins Air Force Base to establish a vendor base for designing, developing, testing, manufacturing, and sustaining MMHE equipment, with emphasis on equipment requiring Nuclear Certification per AFI 63-125. All end items must be manufactured in the United States, and direct awards are restricted to entities with valid US CAE codes.
