About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Next Generation Aerospace Ground Equipment (NGAGE) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation. The RFP, issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base, seeks to establish a contract for Agile Combat Support (ACS) Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) within Support Equipment & Vehicles (SE&V). The contract will potentially span 10 years and is designed to create an awardee base of both large and small businesses to meet commercial and non-commercial requirements.
The RFI addresses two key clarification points: the proposal due date is March 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and there is a formatting discrepancy regarding proposal submission. While the original document suggests Microsoft Word format, the preferred method is a single combined PDF. Potential offerors are instructed to submit responses via email to Joe Lee (Contract Specialist) and Becky Janssen (Contracting Officer), with the understanding that phone communication will not be accepted. The solicitation was recently amended on January 5, 2026, to update administrative details, including attachment numbering and adding a price sheet and point of contact list.
