Current RFP Required Level of Support in Man-Months:

The JSSMO program currently requires a total estimate of 15 A&AS Contractor Manpower Equivalents to provide the required specialized GPS UE support to meet joint government agency (Army, Navy, and AFSPC) requirements that exceed organic capacity. The solicitation schedule provides the estimated breakdown each period per labor category. This estimate is based on historical requirement; however, over the next five years the level of logistical, programmatic, and engineering support services required in the JSSMO is expected to increase due to the planned transition of several programs from production to sustainment responsibility at WRALC. WRALC does not possess the specialized logistical manpower required to manage these transitioning programs; thus, there remains a significant need to supplement government personnel with A&AS services.
