Discussion Questions
Are there any questions on the tasks as written in the PWS?
Being an IDIQ contract – In your opinion, would your company be able to propose the proper skill sets and costs structure across 5-years, given the wide diversity the Government is seeking?
In your opinion, does your small business have the infrastructure, to include facilities and manpower, to successfully execute requirements defined in the PWS across both Fixed Wing and Rotary platforms simultaneously?
In your opinion, will small business be able to assemble partners to enable the lead/prime contractor to eliminate any deficiency within the lead/prime company to allow successful execution of tasks? What do you see as the limitations to adding partners?
Given the requirement for the prime contractor to perform 51% of the effort, tracked at each order level, in your opinion will small business be successful in accomplishing this while delivering IAW each order?
In your opinion, should a prime business establish a Program Office in close proximity to RAFB in order to effectively execute the contract? Can you propose this as an FFP CLIN?
The estimated ceiling value is ~$525M, is maintaining small business status a concern to your company?
If the SPO expanded the PWS to include additional organizations or other agencies beyond WIU, would that impact your ability to propose, either positively or negatively?
In your opinion, how would small business structure themselves to rapidly expand either within or through contractual arrangements to successfully propose on multiple orders across different program offices or even other services?
If the SPO established decentralized ordering, effectively establishing multiple Government Program Offices, how would this affect your ability to effectively propose?
