1. Can you please clarify the means of transportation that is required for this contract? The solicitation indicates that Charter buses are required as means of transportation; however, it also indicates that handicap transportation services are required at some point.

Answer: As per para 1.2 of the PWS, 110 buses on day 1 of the air show and 100 buses on day two of the air show are being requested. Of those buses, a minimum of ten 910) must be handicapped accessible.

2. Is there a certain time of day during which transportation services will be provided to and from the location of the show, or would it be a shuttle service that is running all day from the time the show starts to the time it ends? The solicitation indicates that 110 and 100 trips are required on day one and day two. Will these trips be performed all at the same time or throughout the day on day one and two?

Answer: the PWS makes no mention of the number trips. Per para 1.3 of the PWS, the contractor shall perform continuous transportation duties between the hours of 0800 – 1900 or until all spectators have been transported from Robins on 28 and 29 September 2019.

3. Can you please clarify the pickup and drop-off locations for the transportation services?

Answer: No, the locations are not being disclosed at this time because the route is still being planned.

4. Are the spectators be from the general audience or will they be military personnel and/or representatives?

Answer: This event is open to the public and will include a diverse audience.

5. When would the training for the 11 lead drivers going to take place?

Answer: As per para 1.3.2 of the PWS, a driver’s route training session will be held from 1000‐ 1100 at the Operations Support Squadron (OSS) BLDG 2336 on Robins AFB, GA. The training will consist of a 30-minute logistics briefing and a 30-minute route dry‐run of all six transportation routes.

6. The solicitation indicates that the deadline for submission of RFP is March 5, 2019. When is the date for considering RFPs submitted after March 5th? As per the solicitation posted on FBO, the due date for submissions is 5 April 2019 @ 2:00PM. Quotes submitted after that time will not be considered.
