Q. Can you please clarify the pickup and drop-off locations for the transportation services?

Answer: No, the locations are not being disclosed at this time because the route is still being planned.

A While the routes are still being planned the pick-up & drop-off locations will be less than 5 miles from the venue.

Q. Is there is a requirement for DOD Bus certification through DTMO?

A. After thorough research through our local policies and applicable AFIs, we do not directly deal with DTMO (Defense Travel Management Office). The contractor will have sufficient enough safety regulations through State and Federal inspections.

A minimum of 10 buses utilized must be handicap accessible. All buses shall be clean, free of trash, no holes in seats, and be equipped with an operational air conditioning system. Buses shall be able to accommodate a minimum of 44 passengers. All buses shall meet the State of Georgia, the United States Department of Transportation, Interstate Commerce Commission Regulations, and the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety standards.
