About this file
This is a Notice of Conclusion memorandum issued by the U.S. Air Force on May 11, 2026, regarding the closure of Request for Information (RFI) SAM.gov #FA8307-25-R-B057. The RFI solicited market research for the Integrated Defensive Cyberspace System (IDCS) Secure Platform Architecture for Real-Time Threat Analysis and Network Defense (SPARTAN) requirement. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, which is located at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, issued the RFI.
Following a thorough review of all vendor submissions, the Government determined that a viable and competitive procurement path exists through established General Services Administration (GSA) contract vehicles and has decided to leverage these existing vehicles to fulfill the requirement in alignment with the procurement consolidation directives of Executive Order 14240. Consequently, the RFI is now closed, and no follow-on activities will result, including meetings, one-on-one sessions, or a subsequent Request for Proposal. Stacy Wilson, GG-13, Contracting Officer for AFLCMC/HNCKC, signed the memorandum on behalf of the Department of the Air Force.
