About this file

This document is an Amendment One (1) to a Request for Information (RFI) for the Secure Platform Architecture for Real-Time Threat Analysis and Network Defense (SPARTAN) issued by the Department of the Air Force's Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The amendment updates several key documents, including the original RFI letter, Statement of Objectives (SOO), and Whitepaper Template, with revisions highlighted in red.

Notable changes include extending the response date from 19 September 2025 to 29 September 2025 at 2:00 pm CST, modifying section titles and scopes, and updating security clearance requirements. Specifically, the document now requires all personnel accessing classified information to have appropriate individual clearances, mandates a Common Access Card (CAC) or External Certificate Authority (ECA) certificate for system access, and stipulates that contractors must possess a Facility Clearance (FCL) at the TS/SCI level. The amendment also adds a new question to the Whitepaper Template asking about appropriate contract types for the effort, and provides contact information for the Contract Specialists and Contracting Officer for any questions or concerns.
