About this file
This document summarizes a draft request for proposal for security support services. The Air Force is seeking proposals for a follow-on contract to provide multi-disciplinary security support including cybersecurity for Special Access Programs. The contract would have a potential value of $4.5 billion over 10 years. Interested parties must have access to an accredited Air Force Special Access Program facility. The draft RFP was released for feedback. Responses to the draft were due by June 12, 2019. The final RFP is scheduled for release on August 8, 2019 with proposals due October 4, 2019. Initial evaluations will be completed by January 6, 2020 and contract award is planned for December 15, 2020. The document provides timelines for industry days, security requirements for access, and requests feedback on interest in subcontracting opportunities.
