GeneralRequesting clarification on the cutover requirements, specifically the max downtime per hop.
a.The proposed implementation is a parallel installation, reusing existing antennas and lines.
i.Assumes the DoD can acquire additional frequencies. (Note: This is all base path, site survey verification, and NTIA coordination results)
ii.Assuming the existing waveguide sweeps will meet passing specifications for the new design.i. Government is not acquiring additional frequencies.

ii. Government does not assume waveguides will pass specifications.

General2.Requesting clarification on section 2.3.5 of the SOW, for the Function Configuration Audit (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audit (PCA).
a.Provide additional technical specifications requirements for this proposal. As an alternative, standard field testing and acceptance procedures can be provided.FCA/PCA is an audit that ensures that all drawings are correct, all labels (cable and equipment) are placed and accurate, and all equipment and softwrae and liscences are accounted for.
GeneralPlease detail warranty on routers. Manufacturers versus system life as described in RFP.Manufacture warranty is adequate, needs to extend at least 1 year from the date of delivery- however all routers (and firmware/software) should not be within 5 years of product end of life/end of support.
GeneralConfirm clock for syncronizing routers is existing and is to be reusedClock exists, is in use, and should be reused
