The units to be tested consist of C-17 auxiliary power unit (APU) load valves. This is a total-turnkey project; the contractor shall provide all equipment, adapters, tools, supplies, labor, and management necessary. Any defects or non-compliance with the applicable Technical Orders (T.O.) shall be repaired and brought into T.O. compliance. The contractor shall deliver all technical data necessary to manufacture, test, maintain, reproduce, procure, and modify the test stand and all components related to the test stand. Full rights of ownership for all technical data, including software source code, shall be transferred to the United States Air Force upon final acceptance of the test stand. This specification lists minimum requirements and is not intended to restrict or limit design improvements that the Supplier has either available or under development.

2.0 Basic Requirements

2.1 The contractor shall use the Air force Technical Order (T.O.) test requirements as the primary design criteria of the test stand. Any deviations from T.O. requirements shall be approved in writing by the

Air Force process engineers. The applicable T.O.’s for the items being tested are listed below (The latest revision when contract is awarded shall be used). Contact the contract negotiator to have the T.O.’s distributed via CD. The Contractor must provide a current DD Form
