Past Performance Information (PPI) Download Instructions for Offerors

Offerors must use the PPI Tool (Use latest version at https://www.sam.gov) in order to electronically submit the PPI portion of the Past Performance Volume in accordance with the T-38 Avionics Sustainment and Support Program (ASSP) Solicitation FA8220-25-R-B001 Section L Instructions to Offerors Attachment 1.1.

Downloading the PPI Tool The PPI Tool can be downloaded by performing the following steps (if you are unable to open the Tool, contact Danielle Stiff, danielle.stiff.1@us.af.mil, for assistance):

1. Right-click on the above ppi_tool.accdb icon. Select Copy. Paste the ppi_tool.accdb icon to a location on your computer. Right-click on the newly pasted ppi_tool.accdb icon and rename the file name as the prime contractor + RFP number + file extension. (e.g. XYZCompanyFA822025RB001.accdb).

If the copy/paste function does not work, select the ppi_tool.accdb icon and drag it to a location on your computer desktop and rename the file name as the prime contractor + RFP number + file extension. (e.g. XYZCompanyFA822025RB001.accdb).

2. Once the PPI Tool has been downloaded, opened, and content has been enabled, refer to the instructions located inT-38C Avionics Sustainment and Support Program Solicitation FA8220-25-R-B001 Section L Instructions to Offerors Attachment 1.1 for the remaining PPI Tool instructions.

Note: PPI Tools saved in Microsoft Office versions 2007 and greater will be saved with “.accdb” file extension.
