About this file

The document is a Past Performance Information Sheet (PPIS), a template designed for contractors to document their previous contract experience when bidding on a federal contract. This specific template is for the AN/FPS-117 Sustainment RFP and requires detailed information about past contracts, including contract specifics, performance details, customer points of contact, and relevance to the current solicitation.

The template requests comprehensive information such as contract type, geographical locations, contract value, performance period, company role, technical areas of uniqueness, compliance with small business utilization requirements, and subcontracting plans. Contractors are instructed to provide frank, concise comments about past performance, focusing on contracts within five years of the proposal due date that demonstrate relevance to the AN/FPS-117 Radar System Sustainment opportunity. The form is intended to help the government evaluate a contractor's past performance and capability to execute the proposed contract.
