The Contractor shall not change any row or column information and shall fill-in the following CLINs information as shown below:

Service Tier Pricing CLIN X001

CLIN X001 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Pricing Table
Offeror's shall insert their fully burdened CLS Rate to accomplish
requirements as stated in the PWS. The Government will evaluate
(for the purpose of the Total Evalauted Price (TEP)) a notional Service
Tier (not disclosed to Offerors, but will be the same for all
offerors). The notional tiered monthly price will be multiplied by
a notional quantity of months (again, not disclosed to the Offerors,
but the same for all offerors). The toal price will be input into the TEP
worksheet in the appropriate CLIN cell and added into the TEP apprpriately.
(2017 is also expected to be used for CLIN 5001)

FMQ-19 Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)/Special Projects Pricing Worksheet for CLIN X003
1. Do not add labor categories or change worksheet columns/rows.
2. All labor categories for all years shall be filled in.
3. Do not extend labor hour rates beyond two decimial places.
4. Do not rename worksheet tabs.
5. The fixed rates are to be fully burdened to include all incidental material (including data), shipping, and indirect costs associated with travel/materials/shipping.
6. The fixed rates shall be utilized to propose future modifications. (ECPs/Special Projects)

The contractor shall employ qualified personnel according to the categories listed in the following table to support modification tasks under this contract. Employees must meet 29CFR541 requirements in addition to our description requirements in the below table.
