The following Past Performance Information Sheet (PPIS) is provided for informational purposes only. The Government will request this information be provided through the use of the PPI Tool. The PPI Tool Use Instructions are located in Section L Attachment 9. At the time of RFP release the PPI Tool will be released as Section L Attachment 1 for offeror’s completion.
