This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of the Air Force, Directorate of Contracting on July 15, 2026, for solicitation FA8213-26-Q-3002.
The amendment extends the proposal due date from May 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time to July 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The solicitation is for Fire Extinguisher Cartridges classified as hazardous materials (Hazardous Class Division 1.4, Storage Compatibility Group C, DOT Class 1.4C). The requirement specifies 210 units at firm fixed price, with delivery to Hill Air Force Base, Utah (Ship-to code C FV2172, 649 MUNS MXW, 6024 Pine Lane, Building 1377 Bay 2). The cartridges are manufactured by PacSci (CAGE 54181, Part Number 2-102190-1) and Walter Kidde Inc. (CAGE 61423, Part Number 446041). The contract includes multiple Contractor Delivery Requirements (CDRLs) including Ammunition Data Card, Acceptance Test Plan, and Test/Inspection Reports. Payment withholding is required until CDRL A001, A005, and A006 are delivered and approved by Hill AFB. Ship-in-place authorization is permitted for Foreign Military Sales items upon successful lot acceptance testing. The contract requires compliance with ISO 9001-2015 quality standards, includes higher-level contract quality requirements, and mandates cybersecurity maturity model certification at CMMC Level 2 (Self). The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses covering representations, certifications, employment eligibility verification, hazardous materials handling, export controls, and small business utilization preferences.
