Questions with Responses (8)

Notice:

In order for all potential offerors to have the same/equal opportunity, the Government will not accept any further questions for this Request for Proposal (RFP) after 22 May 2017 (4:00 P.M. MDT). At this time, the Government does not foresee extending the RFP closing date.

Therefore, recommend potential offerors complete their RFP review and submit their questions prior to 22 May 2017 (4:00 P.M. MDT).

Listed below are questions submitted by Potential Offerors and the applicable Government Response.

8. Contractor Question:

I thought I read somewhere if you have no past government contracting experience it will not count against you in the evaluation process. With that being said, we have a vast amount of commercial machining experience and would like to highlight it as our past experience. The attachment L form does not lend itself well to inserting commercial contracts, is there a different format that would be acceptable to demonstrate past experience, if so what is the format?

Government Response:

In accordance with Section L paragraph 4.1 each offeror shall submit a past performance volume with its proposal, containing past performance information in accordance with the format contained in Attachment L-1, Past Performance Information.

If the past performance is for commercial contracts, the offeror should still complete the Attachment L-1, Past Performance Information document and input as much information as possible. If offeror determines that the commercial information requires further explanation, a notation at the bottom of the document is acceptable.
