Round #5 Q&A

WSS&A

FA8202-14-R-1004

1. We are nearly complete with a detail of our IMP, IMS and Sample Tasks. These three items are very close to taking up the entire 100 pages of Volume 2. Can we place all of these items into Volume 5 as attachments and reference them in Volume 2?

Answer: No, the page limit remains at 100 pages.

2. Due to the requirements of adding 309th SMXG group as an additional Team Member, we find ourselves needing more time to located the right POC (one was never mentioned in the Solicitation), we will need to get pricing, determine level of involvement and work them in to the IMP/IMS. Will there be an extension to the Due Date?

Answer: No, an extension will not be granted as all offerors were welcome to contact A-10 contracting at any point and request contact information for the 309th.

309th POC information:

Mr. Don Anderton Mr. Jared Peters E-mail: donald.anderton@us.af.mil jared.peters@us.af.mil Phone: 801-777-5244 801-775-3507

3. We have submitted our Volume 3 prior to adding the 309th SMXG group on as a Team Member. Do I need to resubmit an updated version of Volume 3? If not, what will you need from us to list them as a Team Member with their percent breakdown?

Answer: No, we do not require the 309th’s past performance information.

Yes, you will have to list them as a team member.

4. In Section L, 5.1.2 Summary Table says This Section counts against the page count

Yet this is contradicted by the following in section 5.8 of the same document

Answer: Section 5.8 is correct, the Summary Table will NOT count against the page count.

5. In the solicitation CORE is used and the data file needed is XML and what we have HTML. Are the XML files coming out in the latest two disc set? If not, I would like to request the XML files.

Answer: HTML was provided for proposal purposes. Not all potential offerors can access XML files. HTML and XML will be utilized for contract performance.

6. In Section L 3.2.2 states:

“3.2.2 Government Offices: Provide the mailing address, telephone number, email address, and facility code for the cognizant Contract Administration Office, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), and Government Paying Office for the offeror’s company/firm. Also provide this information for the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO).”

Answer: This information is compiled based on geographic location of the contractor. All of this information will be provided in the contract award document. This information is also publicly available at the Defense Contract Management Agency website if you have a cage code to reference.

7. Can a line item be added to the price list that embraces 3.0, 3.8 & 3.9? We were told that those prices would be distributed amongst the other sections, but for our records and record keeping a separate line item would help.

Answer: No, the government’s requirement documents will not be changed.

8. Q&A Round 2, Question #8 said the Government would be providing offerors with a copy of the TM 86-01; however, the Government will no longer be utilizing a TM 86-01 for TOs under this requirement. The data delivered will be stored and incorporated if the preferred solution is implemented in the future.
