About this file

This document is a Pre-Bid Request for Information (RFI) Response from the Department of the Air Force, 72 Air Base Wing (AFMC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, dated 08 January 2026. The memorandum addresses contractor inquiries regarding Project WWYK190048 for the repair of restrooms and janitor's closet in Building 1055. The government response clarifies temporary restroom requirements during construction, specifying fixture counts for male and female facilities: Male occupant load of 55 requires 2 water closets, 2 urinal substitutions, and 1 lavatory; Female occupant load of 3 requires 1 water closet and 1 lavatory. Showers are not required in the temporary trailers. The government confirms that the sewer main utility is not available for connection, and contractors must arrange self-contained waste management solutions. Upon project completion, contractors must return the site and sod to its original condition or better.

The project points of contact are identified as: Cory Muir, Project Manager (PH: 582-9043); Anthony DeGreve, Construction Inspector (PH: 582-9052); Joshua Wheeler, CSAG Program Manager (PH: 582-4826); and Randall Floyd, Contracting Officer Representative/Electrical Engineer (PH: 582-1958).
