About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of the Air Force Headquarters Air Force District of Washington regarding a Network Infrastructure Support Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) procurement. The current incumbent is Noblis, Inc., holding contract 47QFCA20F0054 valued at $15,747,967.68, with performance ending 03/05/2025. The Air Force is planning to release the RFP in late July 2025, with the intent to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a base year and four optional ordering periods.
The procurement will consolidate two existing Performance Work Statements (PWS) into a unified IDIQ contract focusing on technical support services. These services encompass research, development, test & evaluation, program integration, strategy and budget development, systems engineering, technical advisory, and compliance support. The primary focus will be on cyber operations, investigations, cyber support, and mission and enterprise management. No specific set-aside has been finalized, and the procurement strategy remains under development. Updated RFI submission requirements are available in the 'SETA RFI_final.pdf' document on SAM.gov.
