SUBJECT: Request for Information - Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Network Infrastructure Support Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA)
Request for Information is issued for informational purposes and market research only, and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will NOT reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparing or submitting information in response to this posting.
INSTRUCTIONS:
A. The Air Force District of Washington, Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may be capable of providing the AFNCR Network Infrastructure Support SETA services for AF Office of Special Investigations and DoD Cyber Crime Center.
B. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The purpose of this requirement is to provide for a full range of functional and technical services to include but not limited to engineering, project management, onsite technical support, critical infrastructure preventative maintenance and warranty coverage to support AF Office of Special Investigations and DoD Cyber Crime Center.
C. Specific Requirements:

D. In response to the this Request for Information, please respond to the following:
1. Are there any requirements in the PWS that need to be more clearly defined?

2. Please identify any portions of the draft PWS that, as written, are too restrictive or prohibit the flexibility to perform according to your established practices.
3. Has your company provided network infrastructure support systems engineering and technical assistance services for a DoD and/or Air Force agency? If you have, please provide the name of the agency and contract/order number(s).
4. Do you have a contract under GSA schedule and/or GSA OASIS? If so, please provide your contract number.

*Note: NAICS suggestions are acceptable if a more suitable classification is determined.
State whether the company is domestically or foreign – owned: (If foreign, please indicate the country of ownership).
Responses shall not exceed 16 pages (including cover page). Describe your organization’s technical capability in regards to those identified in the draft copy of the PWS. Include technical and descriptive text and photographs / illustrations to provide sufficient detail.
The submitted documentation becomes the property of the United States Government and will not be returned. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their responses to this notice.
Respondents shall clearly mark proprietary data with the appropriate markings.
Any proprietary information received in response to this request will be properly protected from any unauthorized disclosure. Any material that is not marked will be considered publicly-releasable.
When submitting a response, please be aware that the Air Force workforce is supplemented by contracted support services personnel who have signed the same Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Please note that prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
