Air Force Strategic Transformation Support (ASFSTS) Staffing Matrix Task Order No.

Staffing Matrix Form Instructions The first person(s) named on the staffing matrix will always be the Executive(s) responsible for the project. They are not considered the project lead. This is for senior leader interaction only.

1. Name – Self Explanatory

2. Position/Title – Provide the position name or title for the individual. Identify the project lead at the second individual.

2. Education– Provide highest COMPLETED level of education first. List any additional education and certifications applicable to this requirement.

3. Experience – Provide overview of individuals experience and how it ties to the requirement. Also, provide is the individual has any experience to the applicable AF lines of business. If the individual does not have education, use this area to explain how experience will substitute education.

4. Background – Provide individuals applicable work history to demonstrate the individual has the experience and understanding to complete the tasks. If the individual does not have education, use this area to explain how the individual’s background will substitute education.

5. Assigned PWS Task(s) – Using the PWS your firm created, provide the PWS tasks number(s) or paragraph number(s) this individual will be performing or providing support.

6. SOO Objective(s) – List (if any) the SOO objectives the individual is responsible for or contributing to.
