About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum for the USAFA Classroom Greaseboards/Whiteboards Solicitation FA700025Q0097. The Q&A addresses eight industry questions related to the Statement of Work (SOW), covering specifics about measurements, whiteboard installations, marker trays, and installation details for rooms in Gregory Hall. Key responses indicate that contractors are responsible for all measurements, have flexibility in cutting whiteboards around outlets, and should refer to Amendment 0001 for clarification on several technical details. The government responses provide guidance on measurement requirements, board installations, and trim specifications, with most questions being directed to refer to the forthcoming Amendment 0001 for precise instructions.

In the previous round, in a couple of the rooms in Gregory hall, such as 2P394, the old marker boards were removed and replaced with new marker boards, including marker trays. This is when it was a traditional marker board that was being replaced, not like the laminated walls in Fairchild. If possible, please confirm if this is the case for any of the boards in Gregory Hall for this round. If needed, this is also something that can be reviewed when field measuring each room prior to ordering material.
See Amendment 0001

Statement of Work mentions using aprox 1/2 inch trim - as mentioned during site visit the trim that comes with these whiteboard panels is ¾ inch and matches what was previously used. Wanted to clarify and confirm that was good to move forward with in bid.
See Amendment 0001

For trimming out the cut outs around the wall utilities (light switches and thermostats) should we match the look/ sizing of the others previously done or is there a standard that you would like us to follow? For example, 1 inch all around, etc.
