The solicitation addresses a FAR Part 15 proposal for fire trainer equipment repair and compliance work. All solicitation attachments, including drawings AS-1 through AS-7, proposal/price schedules, and past performance information, have been posted to SAM.GOV. Key technical clarifications confirm that: the Statement of Work will be amended to remove tail section ignitor work per Technical Order; no work is included for water conservation pond repairs or associated valve and wash down system corrections; the fire trainer must be brought into compliance with the latest NFPA standard; Tetra Tech conducted the August 2025 and March/April 2026 reports; and schedule relief for Government-approved long-lead replacement components will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additional questions remain under review and will be posted upon receipt.
