The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, delivery, and installation to deliver a fully functional video surveillance system.
The technical requirements include a baseline of 17 total cameras (16 interior dome-style cameras with minimum 8MP resolution and 1 outdoor dome-style camera with fixed 2.8MM lens, IP65/IP66/IP67 rating, and 8MP minimum/12MP preferred resolution); one Network Video Recorder with 18-channel minimum capacity, 4TB minimum hard drive, 30-day non-cloud storage capability, and RAID 1 mirroring; one 50-inch 4K monitor; plenum-rated Cat5/Cat6 ethernet cables in any color except blue; object and motion-detection recording functionality; and infrared night vision capability. The contractor must remove existing equipment, install and configure the new system, configure all cameras for motion-detection recording, verify proper operation, provide initial training to four designated personnel, properly dispose of discarded equipment, and submit camera field-of-view diagrams based on building plans. All materials must carry a minimum one-year warranty. Offerors may propose fewer than 17 cameras if they can demonstrate equal or superior coverage.
