About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation FA568226Q0014 issued by 31 Civil Engineering Squadron (31 CES) on 22 June 2026 for 25 military gear lockers.
The document addresses three key inquiries from potential offerors. Regarding door design, diamond perforation is not a requirement; units may be ventilated or non-ventilated at the offeror's discretion. C-Bags, referenced in the solicitation requirements, have approximate dimensions of 56 centimeters by 30 centimeters by 50 centimeters. On product equivalency, the Government does not require a specific manufacturer or model; equivalent products are acceptable provided they fully satisfy all salient characteristics and solicitation requirements. This clarification permits offerors to propose alternative locker systems that meet the stated specifications rather than limiting responses to a single predetermined product.
