I have tried to fill in the parts in the document "SF 1449 Filled", are the data here okay or is there something we still should fill in?

Question #4.

Does the attached documentation and information fulfill the criteria’s for an offer (is everything that is filled in filled?) and can we consider that we now have placed an offer on this procurement? It´s now the second time we use the SAM platform and as I understand there wasn’t on the platform any digital way of sending in the offer via the platform, you could only download documentation, correct?

The documentation sent via email in response to the RFQ is considered your offer. To be considered responsive, the offer shall include what is requested in the RFQ

The flatbed semi-trailer CLIN 0002: I discussed this with the factory and other managers. We came to the conclusion that this is something we will not provide since these kinds of vehicles it isn’t out area of expertise and we feel that if we would subsidize the product, we are risking ending up with something that would not match the specification, nor could we control the manufacturing process of this product. So, we advise to purchase the flat bed of a different make.
