The technical evaluation team will evaluate quotes on an Acceptable/Not Acceptable basis. After evaluations, the offer that is deemed technical acceptable and offers the Best Value to the Government will be selected for award.
The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions with vendors. Vendors should not expect requests for clarification or additional information from the Government. Award will be based on the initial evaluation of quotes received in response to the solicitation.
