What is the contract number?

7. I remember that either these or similar services were procured under FA5613-09-R-0010 (for Passenger Terminal Security & Baggage Screening Service at Ramstein Air Base (RAB), Germany). Does this sources sought notice represent a replacement to that solicitation? [Proposals were due August 5, 2009 but I could never identify award info].
